Deployed across nationwide buildings, the agent will answers leasing, maintenance, and policy questions 24 × 7, creates fully‑structured service tickets in seconds, and routes only complex issues to on‑site teams.

After prototyping AI chatbots for local cities, we are taking our tech stack nationwide and engaging several cities to build 24/7 chat and voice agents that help answer complex zoning, permitting, municipal code and resident services questions. Our AI expertise turned raw municipal data into a smart, responsive tool that slashes red tape and gives residents and developers the answers they need 24/67.

OMA was proud to serve the Corral Opportunity Fund, a developer based out of Los Angeles that was looking to expedite their entitlement with the city of Los Angeles. While up on a critical deadline and the need to source building code and records, we provided just in time support to the Founder of the Fund, Manny Corral. Our team pulled together volumes of data and information that was essential to permit review process. As a result of extensive research and analysis, we prepared all of the documents and plan check requirements to satisfy the city planner. The result: an approval on their phase 1 of the entitlement process for the Fund's new 300 + multi-family housing development.

Our team created the Agent Accelerator for the worldwide Solana Hackathon that took place late 2024. Out of 500 submissions, our Agent Accelerator platform won 2nd place in the AI tooling category. Through this platform, AI agents can be created, customized and deployed across blockchain and non-blockchain domains. This solution, while still in development, has received wide scale attention and and parts of the workflows underneath the platform have been adopted by other AI agent infrastructure projects (i.e. Arc).
